Low Carb Greek Chicken

Ingredients

  • 6 Chicken Breast Diced
  • 2 Red Peppers Diced
  • 2 Yellow Peppers Diced
  • 2 Zucchini Thick sliced
  • 1 Red Onion Thick sliced
  • 4 Tbs Olive Oil
  • 4 Tbs Lemon Juice
  • 2 Tbs Oregano
  • 1 Cup Feta Cheese Crumbled
  • 1 Cup Black Olives Sliced

Instructions

  • Preheat even to 400°F
  • Place all ingredients, except feta cheese, to a big bowl and toss to mix. 
  • Divide ingredients between 2 baking sheets. 
  • Cook for 25-30 minutes until chicken is fully cooked. 
  • Remove from oven and serve topped with crumbled feta cheese
